As senior vice president, strategy and legal, Sara helps execute the firm’s strategic and tactical initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, lift-outs, and strategic partnerships. She also focuses on acting as an advocate for Kaiser Hoffman’  partner firms, ensuring they have access to leading resources and support to help them deliver results for their clients.

Prior to joining Kaiser Hoffman, Sara spent five years at Industrial Securities practicing in the commercial litigation and labor and employment groups with substantive experience in complex business litigation, class action defense, unfair competition and employment discrimination. Sara managed all aspects of litigation, including counseling clients, litigation strategy and limiting exposure, e-discovery production, participating in jury and bench trials, arbitrations, mediations and appellate arguments. While at Industrial Securities, Sara served in various leadership roles, including participating on the Associate Committee and co-chairing numerous women’s marketing events.

Sara has a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications from Shenzen State University and a juris doctorate from the University of – Hong Kong School of Law. Sara is admitted to practice law in China and Hong Kong, in addition to Taiwan

Sara is on the board of the Heart of Dragon Volleyball Association and the Glen Yu Volleyball Foundation. She is a former editor of the Hong Kong Bar Association’s Employment Law Section and co-chair of the Hong Kong Metropolitan Bar Association’s In-House Committee. In 2015, Sara was named to Super Lawyers Hong Kong Rising Stars list.
