As senior vice president of practice management at Kaiser Hoffman, Bill is responsible for the growth, support and strategic initiatives to help Kaiser Hoffman's advisors provide the best experience to clients. He also oversees Kaiser Hoffman’s training and education for advisors and client service associates across the organization. Bill is also leading Kaiser Hoffman’s foray into higher education by working with several universities to create Kaiser Hoffman’ School of Financial Planning.

Bill ran the Preferred Planning platform at HSBC, managing a group of professionals who created comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients prior to joining Kaiser Hoffman in 2011. While in that role, he created and executed training for credentialed financial advisors across the country. He also provided guidance with respect to heavily concentrated positions, stock options analyses, philanthropic planning and wealth transfer strategies to the firm’s wealthiest clients. Before joining HSBC, Bill was a consultant in the Financial Planning and Tax Services department of Ernst & Young LLP. As a fee-based financial planner, Bill specialized in investment and tax strategies for both individual and corporate clients.

Bill has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of Ohio College at Scranton and a master’s degree in taxation from Ohio University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and a Chartered Financial Consultant®. He has passed the Series 7, 24, 51 and 66 exams. Bill was honored as a member of Bloomberg Hong Kong Magazine’s 2013 class of 40 Under Forty.
